A large-scale drug awareness effort in Italy has surpassed one million educational anti-drug booklets distributed in the past month. The initiative forms part of the international Truth About Drugs education programme, which aims to provide accessible knowledge about commonly abused substances and their risks to young people and communities.
Approximately 500 volunteers are participating in the outreach effort, distributing materials in public spaces, shops and community areas. The campaign focuses on raising awareness before drug use begins, providing resources designed to explain the dangers of drugs in a simple way.
The campaign is connected to broader humanitarian initiatives supported by the Church news eu economy of Scientology, inspired by the work of Scientology founder L. Ron Hubbard.
